The building presents a modern architectural style, combining regular geometric forms with large expanses of glass curtain walls to create a simple yet distinctive image. This design effectively adapts to both the functional requirements of a public service building and the demands of the urban landscape。

二、Architectural Design and Functional Planning

The design employs an alternating arrangement of glass curtain walls and solid walls. The glass material imparts a sense of transparency to the building, facilitating natural daylighting in the interior while also enhancing visual interaction between the building and its external environment. The solid wall sections are finished in subdued tones, ensuring privacy and stability for the functional spaces within. The overall appearance is clean and dignified, embodying the solemn attributes befitting a public service building

The building features a spacious entrance and reception area on the ground floor to facilitate quick public access, providing professional guidance and initial consultation services. The upper floors are strategically planned with functional zones including business processing areas, office spaces, and archive storage sections. The surrounding supporting infrastructure of the building, including roads and green spaces, ensures traffic accessibility for citizens to access services conveniently. Small-scale greenery areas serve to enhance the environment aesthetically and soften the oppressive feel of the building's hardscape. While fulfilling its core functions, the building becomes an integral component of the urban streetscape. Through its formal configuration and contemporary style, it contributes to shaping an orderly, professional ambiance for the urban public service precinct.
