This is a surface treatment process in which dry powder coatings are electrostatically adsorbed onto the surface of a workpiece and then melted and solidified through high-temperature baking to form a uniform coating. It is characterized by strong coating adhesion, good corrosion resistance, a wide range of colors, and environmental friendliness (no solvent evaporation). It is used for the surface decoration and protection of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
