Adopting an enclosed courtyard layout with a central swimming pool to create dynamic interplay between architecture and leisure spaces. The main building unfolds along the courtyard perimeter, featuring multi-level accommodation zones that ensure guest privacy while leveraging the communal courtyard to enhance spatial connectivity and shared experiences, facilitating guest interaction and hotel event execution

The façade exhibits a contemporary aesthetic defined by linear precision and disciplined geometric forms. Materiality combines exposed concrete with simulated stone finish in a restrained tonal palette, punctuated by floor-to-ceiling glazing systems that optimize daylighting while framing curated view corridors.
